Global Fashion Collective (GFC) presented its S/S ’26 runway show during Milan Fashion Week, attracting fashion lovers, influencers, and industry professionals. The show offered a dynamic platform for emerging and established designers to showcase their creativity. This cohort of cutting-edge designers includes brands from the United States, Mexico, Germany, and China, each delivering a distinct vision under the same roof. Together, the collections celebrated innovation, craftsmanship, and the global spirit of contemporary fashion.
Regina Dondé
Regina Dondé brought her signature blend of cultural artistry and elegant resort wear to Milan Fashion Week, celebrating the beauty of global textile traditions. Her designs, inspired by travels to Italy, India, and Thailand, incorporate techniques such as block printing, batik, and weaving. Deeply rooted in Mexico, she collaborates with artisan communities across Oaxaca, Chiapas, and Hidalgo, honoring generations of women who preserve ancestral embroidery and weaving skills. Each collection reflects a vibrant fusion of heritage and modernity, turning geometry, birds, leaves, and flowers into wearable art.
Perry Jones
In Milan, Jones’ S/S ’26 collection, Cherry Moon Pt. 3 , continued his lunar narrative with a radiant exploration of transformation and renewal. Flowing silhouettes, airy fabrics, and luminous palettes captured the energy of dawn and the moon’s quiet retreat. Each look balanced elegance and lightness, evoking themes of rebirth and possibility. With Cherry Moon Pt. 3, Jones reaffirmed his vision of fashion as both storytelling and transcendence.
Istituto Italiano Design
Four students from the Istituto Italiano Design showcased Milan Fashion Week with the MUSAE Collection, reinterpreting Orfeo and Aida through sumptuous fabrics, embroidery, and theatrical millinery.
Maltese designer James Dimech followed with PAPER CRAZY’s sculptural creations, blending architectural folds, eco-conscious textiles, and student collaborations. Ewasechko’s Spring/Summer 2025 collection ABSENCE translated brutalist architecture into angular cuts and exposed forms, positioning the body as part of the garment. Kross contributed designs that defied gender binaries, celebrating queer identity and authentic self-expression.
Tess Mann Atelier
The Le Jardin collection takes inspiration from the legendary Gardens of Versailles, blending baroque elegance with a contemporary sensibility. Luxurious brocade on silk organza is enhanced with hand-created floral rosettes, intricate beading, and detailed embroidery, while architectural silhouettes create striking visual impact. Dramatic touches such as ostrich feather sleeves, three-dimensional wrist cuffs, and gold lamé linings transform each piece into wearable art. Celebrating Tess Mann Atelier’s commitment to sustainability, every design reflects hundreds of hours of meticulous handcraftsmanship and extraordinary artistry.
