TRIPLEROOT made a stunning debut today in Milan, captivating audiences with its harmonious blend of classic elegance and daring contemporary artistry. This contemporary women’s clothing brand,
haling from Korea, and known for its relentless pursuit of the perfect fit, sensual designs, and quality fabrics, today presented its SS25 collection, attracting global attention. Designer Lee Ji-sun articulated that this collection interpreted the essence of classic nobility in a modern context under the theme ,,Contemporary Romantic Classic,” aiming to express the gentle and restrained beauty which is intrinsic to TRIPLEROOT.
The runway featured a striking collaboration with renowned artist Yun SongA, who brought the collection to life through a live painting on the model’s clothing, transforming the show into an immersive experience. As Creative Director of the brand and a prominent figure in fashion and culture, Cooper’s philosophy – ,,Be the type of energy that when you enter a space, love and joy enters” – shines through every aspect of this collection. Originally founded as a magazine in 2015, Sagaboi evolved into a powerful men’s apparel brand, deeply rooted in the Caribbean subculture known as ,,saga boy,” which emerged in the 1930s as a bold statement of masculine rebellion through fashion, and now dresses the girls too.
The collection epitomizes Caribbean ease and exuberance, blending resort wear with a streetwear yet elevated edge. Bright, lively colours, dynamic patterns, and a variety of textiles, reflect the spirit of the islands, infusing each piece with a sense of joy and energy. Cooper draws inspiration from the rich tapestry of his culture—its history, people, and global influences—creating garments that honour this vibrant legacy with pride.
