This recipe is typical for the northern part of Montenegro. The ingredients are similar to corn bread but the texture is different as baking powder doesn’t go into the recipe. It is also very crunchy as it is thin and sprinkled with parmesan, which is also a small change to the original recipe.
Ingredients:
-150 g of spinach
-2 eggs
-150 g of Greek yogurt
-150 g of cheese
-100 g of flour (corn or whole wheat)
– handful of parmesan
Mix all the ingredients together, pour into a baking tray, sprinkle with parmesan and bake for 20 minutes at 200C.
